“Suits for suits is about us building bridges from a traditional corporate symbol to open the doors for kids around the world to see through the world of imagination, and what is possible.” Jack Manning Bancroft - AIME Founder.
With no brief and no rules, the project is all about pure imagination, which is AIME’s ethos and each of the artists are free to get as creative as possible. This ongoing global project aims to solve a challenge and ReclAIME the future with M.J Bale & AIME auctioning the suits to help fund the work AIME do in fighting for imagination, and for a fairer world.
"The Artwork is mainly about HOPE. Everyone's a star, some burn bright, others fade away, and some just give off light and might get overlooked. The suit is called GOOD FORTUNE".
Baptist’s paintings are a mix of astute observations and out loud thoughts. His work has a dark sense of humour that he matches off against the everyday. His imagery ranges from oblique pop culture references to loose figurative observations. Baptist’s use of text adds a cryptic overture, ranging from gentle jest to subversive honesty. Baptist's work questions how we live our daily lives. Often stating the obvious he creates an air of uncertainty around the simplest of things.
